I booked because it said the driver would be there in 25 minutes, which apparently was way too much for the app to figure out. They showed up almost an hour later. Support was fine, I guess, but the ETA needs serious work because that was pathetic.

I’ve been using it for a little while now, and the coverage in my area has been good. When I first set it up, I wasn’t sure how it would hold up, but so far it’s been reliable enough for what I need

Overall, the service was okay, but the reliability was hit or miss. There were times when everything worked fine and I got help quickly, but other times I was left waiting without much of an update. At one point I actually had to escalate the complaint just to get a clearer response, which was frustrating. It’s not awful, but I wouldn’t fully depend on it yet. Three stars feels about right.

I had to wait a bit, but in the end they got me unlocked and back in. that’s what matters to me, things can take time, but they followed through and made it right.

I ran out of gas and ended up using this service. The driver was nice and the fuel did get delivered, so I’m glad for that. But the wait was longer than I expected, and I didn’t really know what was supposed to happen next or when someone was actually on the way. The guy who showed up was friendly, changed the tire without making me feel dumb about it, and just kept things easy. The price felt fair too, so yeah, I was relieved I found them when I did

I couldn’t find clear pricing anywhere, and I regret not checking into it more before spending time on it. It just felt a little sketchy to me.

They did end up fixing my issue, so it wasn't like they did nothing, but the support was slow. I kept having to chase them for updates, and that part wasn't no fun...

I got the jump start and thought it had fixed the problem, but no—actually, the car died again about ten minutes later. Frustrating and felt like a waste of money.
